HYBRID powders consist of a combination of both a polyester and an epoxy resin in the formulation backbone. Approprite ratios could be 50:50., 60:40 or 70:30. This combination provides unique chemical and mechanical properties of PE-epoxy systems. This powder is highly desirable for interior applications with little or no exposure to the elements. They present themselves as an excellent general purpose interior application for kids’ furniture, and decorative fixtures. Hybrid powders have flexible cure schedule with excellent film properties and Hardness. They can be formulated for a wide range of surface finishes and glosses.
